Three Friends. Burning Questions. Inspired Exchange.
From office chit chat to weekend hang outs, our conversations always come back to the same thing: peoples’ stories. This shared curiosity brought us together to work on this passion project. We want to turn our conversations into something more, by talking to people who have taken an unconventional path in life (not your regular 9-5). Through a blog of video diaries we hope you find something that makes you see the world a little different, gets you inspired, or simply makes you laugh out loud.
We believe everyone has a story. What’s yours?
About us:
Sheba Zaidi has lived somewhat of a nomadic existence – born in Burlington, she moved to the Middle East when she was three years old. She returned to Canada and went to McGill University, did a short stint in NYC at the United Nations, before moving to Toronto to start her career in public relations. Her background is Pakistani, and due to her international education she has friends spread across the world. Along with meeting new people; her life passions include travelling, charity work and script-writing.
Kristen Marano has always been curious about people, place and things. Born in a town outside of Toronto, Kristen came to the city to study public relations and start her corporate career. Her personal blog SkipandStop.com reveals her love of writing and she is also a contributor to ChicSavvyTravels, WomensPost.ca, and Scope-Mag.com. Her Italian roots have taught her the importance of enjoying all the good things in life: food, family and conversation.
